Your questions are very, VERY coherent and relevant. When I was at the higher dosage, I felt fatigued and sleepy and mentally dull. It does, however, feel very much different from a relapse into depression. You can easily tell them apart.

I relapsed yesterday after being at 3.75mg for three days. Within a few hours of taking an additional 7.50mg, I recovered quite nicely. My next experiment is to double the dosage (15.00mg). I have my suspicions that I will do better at the higher dosage. As long as I can tolerate the dosage, I'll stay there for a little while. I hope to have good news within a week of the increase. I'll probably give it a shot towards the end of the week. I don't want to accidentally make things worse while taking my final exam.
