[6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolate is L-methylfolate

Opps, I forgot to remind everyone that [6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolate is the IUPAC name for L-methylfolate (i.e.; Deplin).

In other words, [6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolate is just another name for Deplin.
