The sedative properties of Seroquel is due to its antihistaminic (and possibly 5-HT2-antagonistic) action, so it's better to use a real antihistamine that doesn't have the antidopaminergic and antiadrenergic properties of Seroquel. Cyproheptadine is ideal because it also blocks the 5-HT2-receptor (like Seroquel), an action that most (or all) other antihistamines lack.

Try something like modafinil instead of coffee. It has been used with Nardil without dangerous interactions, but it should still be introduced with caution.
