Anyway, I had similar disturbances of sleep while taking sertraline, and suspect that it may be a results of increased stimulation of 5-HT2 serotonin receptors, and for that reason, I would suggest trying the sedative antihistamine cyproheptadine 15-30 minutes before bedtime. I think it's available without a prescription.
