akathisia from seroquel

hello,

i am wondering how long it can take to get symptoms of akathisia? i have a hard time trusting my own experience because i react so strangely to these medications. today, i took 25mg of seroquel and was pacing around my apartment for several hours.

can a one time dose of 25 mg cause akathisia? does it typically go away once you stop the medication? thanks.
