My writing is equally coherent with or without medication -- it's something I put a certain amount of effort into, not something I take a pill for.
In my case, I've had a few more years than you have to learn how to write. At this point, it's not much effort at all to write posts that stick more or less to my points. It's something you could learn to do, if you chose to -- with or without medication.
Honestly, based on your history as you've disclosed it here over the years, I think Wellbutrin and Concerta would be a very bad combination for you. You've disclosed a history of substance abuse, which would tend to contraindicate any conventional psychostimulants, and you have a history here of writing many posts in a very short period, which suggests at least hypomania to me. I'd say Wellbutrin would be a dangerous choice for you.
I'm also going to repeat again -- talk to your doctor. Consult with your doctor. Work out a treatment plan with your doctor. Maybe the psychologist you're seeing at school can help you put together a list of your concerns to discuss with your doctor when next you see him. Perhaps you could discuss with that psychologist the potential benefits of getting a second opinion.
Good luck.
