I think that 60mg of Parnate is just too much AD with 300mg of Lamictal. You probably have a better working knowledge of Lamictal then my pdoc. Sort of scary, but the good pdocs in my area don't take any insurance, and run about $150 to $300+ per visit.
As I'm sure you are aware, trying to balance the right amount of an anti-seizure med with an antidepressant for bipolar hypomania, with Depression being the worst problem, isn't easy.
At times I think I'd like to go back to my last known "good setting": 60mg of Parnate only with some Klonopin for sleep. I had no Dx of BP until age 50, when I was on Effexor.
