Well Depakote isn't used for ADHD. Desipramine can help ADHD. It won't make you lose weight though.Strattera is also used for ADHD. Strattera made so nauseous that I couldn't eat.
I can understand that you want to lose weight, or at least not gain anything. How about you try Concerta and then see a nutrionist to help you with your diet?
I am sure that you are suffering by not being on the right meds.
Let us know what you end up taking.

> Thank you both for your input. Depakote, I think is out because of the weight gain. I am sorry but the binge eating led me into a real downward spiral about my body image. Now that I have gotten appetite and impulse control - prob thanks to both the Lamictal and AD.
