Yeah, atmlady said it very well. If the anxiety is purely physical, ixel might not be a top choice. Could be, but I would not be over the top optimistic about that. On the other hand, if the anxiety is emotional anxiety, social anxiety, worry, nervousness, stage fright, poor sleep, that kind of stuff, ixel could work real good and real fast.

It is a weird feeling. That is, having energy, feeling a bit peppy, and yet being calm and content at the same time. No, not a weird feeling. A welcome feeling.
