Great idea and guess what? As long as it's not sugary (the darker the better), chocolate is actually healthy and even assists in weight loss! It's a great source of MUFA's (mono-unsaturated fatty acids), the big buzz in weight loss these days. Of course, the chocolate shouldn't be in the form of, say, an entire pint of Haagen Daz or a box of Godiva fudge truffles.
Other sources are almonds, olives, avocados, coconuts, macadamia nuts and other monounsaturated nuts, seeds and oils. Somehow I don't think any of these others would dent that nasty penny and pencil shavings Lunesta aftertaste, though.
