I have read so much about how the reformulation was a disaster for so many users. I think Pfizer totally screwed up as far as customer service and quality control are concerned. But since it's not a profitable drug for them, you can see why they tried to ignore the problem. It's not right, and I don't know how it got approved by your FDA, and our equivalent organization. There is data missing to prove that the new formulation is as effective as the old. Missing documentation that would normally be required for a generic to get approved...
Just a question to see what you think. As a "new" formula Nardil user, never having experienced the old formula, would the new one be less effective for me, or would I need a higher dose to get the same effect? Because so far I have found it to be quite effective. I wonder how my experience would differ if I were on the "old" Nardil.
I also understand that some of the concerns are with regards to lot-to-lot differences, so one production batch seems different from the next. I'm a bit worried about running into this. In Canada, we have a different manufacturer than the US I think. Here, a company called ERFA has it made in either France or Belgium I think. Who makes the US version and is it the same SOURCE (i.e. factory) as the US version?
