All health care institutions I am familar with and have been familar with have polices and job skill sets/descriptions in place that cover what can and cannot be preformed. Those polices are borne out of state/commonwealth Boards of Health Occupation laws. In my experience, those tasks you listed do not fall into the scope of practice and the skill set of a CNA - at least not where I live.Different States, different hospitals, different management, different doctors & nurses, etc, etc....
