Well Luvox CR was given an approvable letter for OCD so it may appear sometime soon -- you might benefit from the extended release since you've had problems with the regular formula. I think there is a bit of OCD going on but that's just my unprofessional opinion.
On the other hand, Lexapro can also treat OCD just as well -- its merely the case, can you tolerate any side effects (there really are very few, I'm just very sensitive to medications) and will Lexapro treat your anxiety better than the Luvox you already know.
That's my best advice.
