first check situational issues. anything that stresses you out at night...something about going or being at home...roommates/family, boredom? a need to be social (social anxiety?)
is it more physical or mental?
if its physical...maybe try exercise at night. that's what i used to do. i'd exercise about 8 at night...i know people say to exercise in the morning. but when you're not a morning person and you have so much energy at night...it just worked quite well for me.if it;s mental energy try doing something that WORKS your mind (but not frustrates-that makes it worse)
i used to get an overactivity of mind in the evenings...that's when doing work in MATLAB or something really helps. if your in to GA than do some vectors...etc.
or doing some type of intricate work really dwelling on minutiae (i did/do artwork)
