40 mg/day of dex added to 90 mg/day of Nardil is a hypertensive crisis waiting to happen. Did your p-doc rx the 40 dex along with the 90 Nardil? If so, what is your p-doc thinking?
Like posters above have said, a low dosage of a pstim can often be carefully added to Nardil without problems. However, you have to start out taking micro doses, and increase very very slowly while keeping a very close watch on your blood pressure.
Please be very careful with this, and do not treat the risk lightly.
