> It is better to take your first few doses at night, since Bromazepam is one of the least sedating Benzo and it doesn't produce the sometimes attractive feeling of sedation.
> However, aafter few doses you won't feel dizziness, but I believe it is the best Benzo for daytime anxiety. Also it is the opposite of Clonazepam, instead of producing depression and apathy, it gives a mild antidepressant effect and mood elevation (more like xanax but without the sedation and the short half life)
> Unfortunatly because it is not marketed in the USA it is not mentioned in the litretarue, even though it is one of the most prescribed Benzos in Europe the Middle East and Asia.
> I'm sure if it is now marketed in the USA, they will hail it as the "newest" and best Benzo since Xanax a nd Valium and will quicly become a best selling benzo...but what can you say, Europeans ( and the rest of the world ) are terrible in propaganda compared to USA!!!
> Best of luckMaybe thats what it is...I'm used to the sedative feeling from ativan but the bromazepam actually has a stimulating effect and because I'm excitable anyway, it kind of makes me feel hyper. My doctor said to start slow, 1.5 mg during the day and 3 mg at night. If its stronger or more potent than ativan maybe I could start with smaller dose. Would a smaller dose help at all?
Thanks for the advice.
