Abilify....my doctor may think of it. But lithium.

I have been having not manic episodes, just alot of mood fluctuations, spartic energy waves come from me. Im not stable.

My doctor i know for a fact may think of abilify, but he is in near his 80's and has been using lithium since he started treatment in the 1950's.

What does abilify do, does it increase motivation, how does it differ from lithium....
