LOL... I let you be the judge of his competence.

Abilify is a partial antagonist to dopamine (D2) receptors. It means that it modulates the dopaminergic effect... at some receptors it will stimulate, at others it will inhibit.

Abilify is indicated for the treatment of acute manic and mixed episodes associated with bipolar disorder. It can have an AD effect and improve motivation. But it can also cause fatigue and stabilization depending on dose. Side effects can be fatigue, anxiety, akathisia, headache, nausea and insomnia.
