I never knew that risperdal was considered to be the strongest antipsychotic either? I was on 4mg and I could tell that it helped with mania, but when I was on seroquel it really kicked my butt, but I guess that was because it is considered to treat insomnia. All I can say is that everyone is different and they respond to medications differently. I need to revanquish some of my dopamine and serotonin. Risperdal has completely shutdown my production units.
