Thanks for the response, and sorry for the delay in responding (computer problems). I appreciate your sharing your experience and views with me. I will discuss both with my pdoc and see what his preference is. I'm flexible, but do need something to help with the apathy and amotivation I am experiencing. I am exercising daily and eating well and doing all the right things, but I still feel flat and blah - not really depressed but not my usual go, go go.
