why stop it?

does your shrink have a reason for you to stop it? Anyway, I imagine if you have some kind of hypodopaminergic state,it could be helpful. Some studies seem to show that people with social phobia, for instance, can benefit from some dopamine boosting. Nobody really knows what's going on with "mental illness," so there's no way to tell how you can react to certain meds. The anxiety could be a withdrawal reaction; the med could have been counteracting anxiety induced by the other meds, or it could have an anxiety-relieving effect all its own..for any individual person, there's really no way to tell.
