Does Namenda Help Anxiety?

I've taken Namenda for a year-and-a-half to help with cognitive problems from Lithium and Topamax. My current pdoc wants me to stop it and not only am I feeling that I think less clearly, I've noticed my anxiety is higher (if that's possible).

So, does Namenda really help with anxiety? I was taking 20mg/day, am now down to 10mg.
