doctor put me on effexor and xanax

My doctor put me on 150mg of effexor xr, and xanax 0.5mg 3 times a day. I was already on 300 mg of topamax a day and 200mg of trazodone at bedtime, and ambien cr at bedtime. I am wondering why I am not sleeping I am very stressed out. But I should be sleeping. Can any recomend a sleeping pill that might help? I have tried ambien and lunesta and neither helped.
