I do take vitamins and minerals.
I live in Canada and I don't think I have seen an amino acid supplement, but I can look next time I am in the US.
I tried taking all the tryptophan at night and I woke up and I had to throw up (and I have fear of throwing up). I figured the tryptophan had upset my stomach in such a large dose.
Euphoria? I would settle for somewhat happy part of the time at this point. Beats psychotic and suicidal. :(
