About the tryptophan- firstly, a good choice I think, better than 5-HTP. But how is your diet?
Appologies if you already know all this, but diet is crucial when taking tryptophan.
Ideally you want your meals to be (roughly) 20% protein & 50-60%+ carbs. This will get more tryptophan into the brain for conversion because of the amino acid ratios. But its also important not to drop the protein, otherwise you 'may' experience excess tiredness.
