Definitely give the Lamictal some time. 25 mg didn't really do much for me, I didn't notice much difference until 100 mg. I also have been diagnosed with BP2. The titration isn't that fast, considering SSRI titrations are usually like, two weeks. I felt the titration was about right for me.
