I would say definitely more time on the Lamictal, and that there could still be possible withdrawal effects from the Tegretol.

I am going on a slower plan because I seem to be pretty med sensitive. I did 12.5 for a month and then have been on 25mg for a month, titrating slowly because you never know what dose "might" work for you.
