One advantage of trying Parnate next is that most people notice some benefit within a couple of days of starting it, although full remission of the depression symptoms will probably take 3-4 weeks.If you don't any relief after a week or so, you can start washing out and then try a different AD. When I first took it about 19 years ago, I felt something almost immediately. Hopefully, you will respond to either Nardil or Parnate.
