> Well I've started on buspar just over a week ago, I reduced the dose of lexapro to 10mg on my own as I didn't think 20mg was working, not sure about the 10mg, I was just anxious and tired on it and more tired all the time but less anxious, I have to drag myself out of bed in the morning and then get really tired in the evening. The anxiety is better with the buspar but I just feel abnormally tired. It's now 10:30 at night and it's about all I can do to type this and then crawl up the stairs to bed.

I can't the effects of Busbar since I only took it briefly many year ago. I do know that I can't tolerate more than 10mg of Lexapro. After a week of taking 20mg, it was disturbing my sleep even though I took it in the morning and also take 22.5mg of Remeron at bedtime. So you may need some sleep agent if you stay on Lexapro.
