Prozac was the worst ever for me, but in defense of it, I have BP2, so yeah, of course it was bad for me. When I was on it, I couldn't feel. I couldn't laugh or cry or have any feelings at all. SSRIs can do that. Perhaps you need a different one. I'm guessing you need a more stimulating SSRI, have you tried Zoloft? Because I have bad anxiety, Zoloft wasn't so great either. Doctors love prescribing Prozac because it has the longest record, since it's the oldest. They have a better idea of how it's going to work.
