I'm on my 3.5th week on Nardil. Up to 60 mgs.

Hello,
I started Nardil 3.5 weeks ago. I was on 45mgs up until a week ago that I went up to 60mgs.
On 60mgs, I felt some sudden antidepressant relief, but it lasted 2 days and vanished. Then I started with these heart palpitations.
I dont know if I should go up to 90mgs to see if there's some relief at a higher dose. My weight is 133lbs, so I figured I'm at the right dose for my body size. But I'm afraid the palpitations will only get worse at such higher dose.
Has anyone experienced something similar to this on Nardil? As in, sudden relief for a couple of days, but then going back to depression, and then heart palpitations at a higher dose (60mgs)?
Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated.
