Tianeptine (Stablon) immediately springs to mind. Has the least side effects of all serotonin meds - in fact I had none. You've tried nearly all the others, don't really want to take Nardil, so my suggestion would be to try a course of tianeptine as it works in a different way and is very mild on the system. Not forgetting opiates of course (if only you could get access to them).
