I know. What concerns me is have they replaced it with tramadol. If so, if you are in an accident screaming in pain are you going to bother telling the paramedic I have epilepsy, or take an SSRI, or MAOI, which can lead to sezuires, serotonin syndrome, and with the latter serotonin syndome and a hypertensive crisis. It interacts with too many things to be used routinely by paramedics in my opinion, they should be given morphine. I appreciated this may lead to more people trying to rob them, but that shouid not stop people getting the correct treatment.
