Well, I'm down from 240 mg/day geodon, and my only side effect from this med has been sedation.
twice daily dosing, though, due to short halflife.
I tend to be on high doses of meds (esp AP and AD). I respond to therapeutic doses, but respond even better to higher doses.
In my experience, the extra side effects of increasing the dose from x to 1.5x or 2x is nothing compared to starting from scratch and getting to therapeutic doses. yuck
