It took me about 4-5 weeks to get the cymbalta withdrawal under control. But one symptom never quite went away. That was the brain shocks that I would get whenever I was really sleepy. and the occasional dizziness that would get really bad after dark.
Okay, so pdoc wants me to always consider psychological causes. I've got psychological causes, like stress and dissociation and other goodies that would cause the dizziness and fatigue. the brain shocks... THOSE are new!
I think I figured out why- after a really tough yesterday, I was hardly able to carry myself upright and the shocks were rat a tat tat.
On a whim I decided to take a geodon. I usually take 60 mg in the am and 120 mg in the pm, before bed.
On really long days, perhaps that 60mg in the am isn't enough to ward off getting little mini-withdrawals every day.
anybody else have any experience with this?
From now on I will split my dose and take one in the am, one in the afternoon and one at bedtime. maybe every 8 hours will work better for me.
