Ritalin/Methylphenidate can be very reinforcing (Sweden banned it in 1968) and i was/knew i was seeking relief i guess, self medicating because i found relief from depression i was undoubtly dealing with, needless to say i would run out early and plunge into neverland.
The Imipramine are 25mg tabs and i was titrated up to 150mgs daily. The dry mouth is the major problem-to the annoying point where i couldn't talk for more than a few sentences until i had to drink water to be able to, also orthostatic hypotension (low BP) was a problem-i fell to the floor, passed out at one point. A Psych said one could go up to 300mgs- not me.
Cheers
