Hey Kara,
I used the Valium for maybe the first 2 weeks? After that when I stopped the anxiolytic effects of the tianeptine seemed more pronounced on it's own.

I'd tried starting tianeptine on it's own previously but the inner tension made me cranky, kind of unbearable so I stopped.
