Stimulants vs Benzos

Hi,

I'm not sure if I'm apathetic because I'm anxious, vice versa or if I'm just both because the Lexapro istn't working that well.

So, my question would be, would it be better to add a stimulant which would probably create more anxiety or a benzo which might make me more apathetic???

Anyone like me on this board, with depression, lack of interest in anything, with anxiety and tried both stimulants and benzos and with what results?

I really am not sure what to do anymore.
