That's a very important post. Many thanks. I'm just at the end of week 2 so I can stick out. It's seems to be a morning thing. Strangely a lot of the rest of the time I'm all speeded up, which can lead to feeling good, or impatient and dysphoric. I don't "take it" from anyone - a change from that apology for a wimp of a human being that I was
