Thanks for your reply, Linkadge, I respect you, you have a lot of knowledge. Again, I do not speak for you with psychosis, but for the rest of us. I believe we can only really cure ourselves with proper way of living, what I'm saying is that I don't think our ancestors (hunters/gatherers) suffered from the type of recurring depression (or did they?) that I do. Some of us have a vulnerability that makes us a target for depression and anxiety, and some of us need medication to "fill the gap" that makes psychotherapy useful. I hope I'm one of those lucky ones. I can't even imagine how it is to have a psychosis so I will not bring it up. God (I don't believe in God) bless you.
