Lavender tea. 'Extra Tension Tamer'(celestial seasonings). Chamomile with mint tea served hot with milk.

YogaDont eat 3 hours before bed. Get up at the same time everyday, lay down to go to sleep same time every day. Try to stay up 18 hours during the day. Try to make everything like clockwork. Read, instead of watch tv. (It can be flashy and obnoxious to your eyes and brain).
Drugs: Everything you see on tv. If All that doesnt work try remeron or seroquel.
Dont drink alcohol for sleep. I think it messes with REM. I had a spell where I was up for 3 days straight, and down a 1/2 bottle of Jack. Didnt phase me, just made me wonder if there is a picture of a subliminal horse on the label.
