My brothers ex's mother had been on Prozac for years, and had to increase it every so often. I remember her telling me that she had experienced a weird libido surge when she had recently increased it. I'm sure this is very unusual, but there are always weird things that go on in our complex chemical bodies. Some people gain weight, some people lose. Some people gain motivation, some people lose it. But I don't think I've ever heard of anyone having a boost of libido except for this one story.
