My anxiety is such a problem that it is my first concern.
I have GAD ... bad GAD. Did you find it effective for anxiety or is that not what you were looking for???? Am I repeating myself?
Yeah ... physically sick, too long.
I'm prob' repeating myself. Seems if stay online too long become anxious.
Talk more when 'awake more' and not after having been on too long.
My P is deadset there is some AD that will help my anxiety and panic attacks. I may have to find another P. Too bad as he originally seemed very open to helping me.
I think he may have looked backwards in my chart to a time when I was on a high dosage of Xanax.
It was a bad time in my life ... I mean life events were terrible.
Think he would take that into consideration? He's pretty much just saying 'no' AND 'wants to whittle down my Valium which scares the holy crap out of me!
