Zoloft did not hurt my sex much, but I was only on 25mg. It was much friendlier to me than 10mg prozac, 20mg paxil, or 30mg cymbalta.
I've heard a few herbs are pretty good at reversing sexual dysfunction of various kinds. The ones I've tried are yohimbe...stay away unless you want to be wired with insomnia for 24 hours; damiana, increased desire and sensitivity within a few days of use. I have seen good reports about two others...ashwaghanda (but needs continued use, not as-needed use), and tonquat ali, which is spoken of very highly by some people who have tried it. Maca is thought of as a sex food. Ginkgo biloba is shown somewhat effective in clinical studies, but in the real world I haven't seen much success from it. Wellbutrin as you probably know is the most common pharmaceutical for sex, but it is iffy. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, and sometimes makes sexual dysfunction worse. Remeron or zyprexa are theoretically helpful because they block the offensive serotonin receptors involved with sex.
Based on my own experience only, I would recommend a trial of the herbs I mentioned, separately at first, and then combined later.
SSRIs and sex. That's a tough one. I remember from longterm use of paxil and prozac, the longer I was on them the more the sexual side effects diminished. The ability part never improved, but the desire and sensitivity part did. But that didn't begin happening until maybe about 3 months. It never got perfect, but did improve.
