Zoloft and Sexual Dysfunction

Can anyone comment on the severity of sexual side effects caused by Zoloft? I remember some genital anaesthesia but didn't stick it out beyond four days so I don't know if it would have improved but I'm doubtful given past experience with these meds. Anyone found it improved their sex responses or found ways round this problem?
