I guess you probably already know this, but antipsychotics and duloxetine are usually difficult to taper off. Duloxetine can pack quite a punch, resembling the flu. It seems like you have a good plan and taper schedule. If things get really nasty, it is not uncommon to slow down the process and readjust the taper schedule.

I have my fingers crossed it will go smoothly for you. Just like mileage varies with response to drugs, mileage also varies with intensity of withdrawals.
