I often get a sudden 'rush' of energy running through me when I think certain thoughts or usually for no reason at all. It's something I've associated with bipolar tendencies as it feels more like a caffeine or amphetamine buzz than anxiety and makes me feel high. When it lasts for days I call it hypomania.
