Have you tried bupropion? What you have sounds like it could be linked to limbic system hyperactivity. It is supposed to be good for ANT's (automatic negative thoughts). That is what I have and found it effective for those symptoms. I would still be taking it if I had not found natural solutions that worked just as well with less sides.
