I take 400mg in the morning. I tried it at night once, but felt so tripped out (almost fully hallucinating) and insomniac that that was the last time I did that. I find it quite activating, although I have a problem with rolling eyes and twitching face whilst I am in work meetings - so socially acceptable, I know!
