Lamictal - morning, noon, or night?

Starting it tomorrow. Any thoughts on best time to take it? Should I expect it to be energizing or make me tired?
I'm taking it to augment my current combo of wellbutrin xr and adderall xr. I also take seroquel at night to sleep.
